• Mobilization and demobilization services for projects and rigs

All services are provided under applicable contracts, and users must ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing equipment use and movement.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our Platform or Services. Corporate users must ensure that all activities conducted on the Platform are authorized by their respective organizations.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features (e.g., leasing, inquiry, order management), users may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

7. Pricing and Payment

• Prices displayed are indicative and may vary based on contract terms, duration, and equipment condition.
• All payments must be made through approved channels specified by Driscoil Equipment Limited.
• For international transactions, currency conversion and bank fees may apply.
• Driscoil reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.

8. Leasing and Sales Agreement

Each leasing or purchase transaction is governed by a separate Equipment Lease Agreement or Sales Contract provided at the time of confirmation.

These agreements outline:

• Lease duration and payment schedule
• Delivery and return conditions
• Maintenance and usage terms
• Risk, liability, and insurance coverage

Failure to comply with contractual obligations may result in penalties or legal action.

9. Equipment Mobilization & Demobilization

Driscoil offers optional logistics services to transport equipment to and from client project sites. All mobilization and demobilization activities are subject to:

• Advance scheduling
• Applicable service charges
• Compliance with safety and transportation laws

Driscoil is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, graphics, and layouts, are the property of Driscoil Equipment Limited and protected by copyright laws.

11. Limitation of Liability
